Designed and built by Homestead Design in 1988 in a unique setting in Burlington Vermont: within walking distance of the vibrant dowtown, adajcent to Oakledge Park on Lake Champlain and the renowned Burlington bikepath.

Southwind is a 70 townhome neighborhood, distinguished by distinctive widow's walks, chimneys, and detailing, combined with generous and lush landscaping. Southwind is considered by many to be one of Homestead Design's finest neighborhoods.
